Upcoming Avanti Connect Sessions

Upcoming sessions & other events can be found in the events section of this website.

These sessions, each with a distinct theme, foster a safe, welcoming space where participants can engage in activities like art, music, mindfulness, and physical exercise, guided by experienced facilitators.

The programme aims to reduce isolation, build resilience, and strengthen community bonds, offering participants practical skills for improving their mental health and overall wellbeing. By focusing on creative and therapeutic group activities, Avanti Connect provides a unique avenue for self-expression, community support, and personal growth. Sessions are structured to encourage participants to connect with others, learn valuable coping strategies, and find new ways to manage stress and anxiety in their daily lives.

Avanti’s commitment to accessible mental health services was awarded the Community Innovation of the Year award at BIG South London’s annual Business, Innovation, and Growth Summit. This recognition reflects Avanti Connect’s impact on the Merton community, highlighting its role as a vital local resource that reaches those who might not otherwise access support. Our professional team and our thoughtful, community-focused approach, ensure the Avanti Connect project continues to play a significant role in improving mental wellbeing in South London.

Avanti has been delivering mental health projects for several years, and we are dedicated to creating meaningful, effective services that respond to local needs. With the help of funding  bodies, we hope to design and sustain more community initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives, promoting positive mental health in accessible, engaging, and supportive ways.
